A letting agent website that serves landlords and tenants
We build WordPress websites for letting agents with property feeds, tenant portals, and landlord resource sections that grow your managed portfolio.
Landlords want a letting agent they can trust - show them why that's you
Letting agency websites need to serve two audiences at once. Tenants looking for their next home, and landlords looking for an agent to manage their property. Most agency websites get this wrong by focusing on one and forgetting the other. We build WordPress sites for letting agents that separate these journeys clearly. Tenants find available properties, book viewings, and access their tenancy documents. Landlords see your management packages, compliance credentials, and track record.
Compliance matters in lettings. Your website needs to display your ARLA Propertymark membership, client money protection certificate, and deposit protection scheme details. We build all of this into your site properly. Tenant referencing, inventory services, and rent collection processes are explained clearly. Your landlord section isn't just a list of services. It's a sales tool that convinces property owners to hand you the keys. We've built sites for agents managing 50 properties up to portfolios of 500-plus.
Every project is led by Mark McNeece, founder of Press Forge and 365i.

What I'd Build First for a Letting Agent, and Why
First build: the landlord-facing pages, not the property search. Tenants find properties on Rightmove and Zoopla regardless of what your site does; landlords choosing an agent are the audience your website can actually win. That means published management fees, your client money protection scheme and redress membership displayed and linked, and a page on how you handle compliance (gas certificates, deposits, right-to-rent) that proves you'll keep them legal.
What I'd reject: building a portal-clone property search as the site's centrepiece. It duplicates what the portals do better, costs real money to maintain, and serves the audience that was never choosing you anyway. A simple, fast listings feed satisfies tenants; the build budget belongs on the landlord side.
The rules your website has to respect
- Client money protection schemes: CMP membership is mandatory and must be displayed, including on the website; make it a linked badge, not small print
- Tenant Fees Act 2019: defines what tenants can be charged; your fees pages for both audiences need to match it exactly
- Propertymark: the leading professional body; a linked membership tells landlords you're audited, not just insured
Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about WordPress websites for letting agents
Yes. We build a maintenance reporting system where tenants log issues with descriptions and photos. Your team gets notified by email. If you use Fixflo or a similar platform, we integrate that instead. Either way, it reduces phone calls and creates an audit trail.
Your landlord section needs to work as a sales tool. We build dedicated pages for each management package, display your compliance credentials prominently, and add a rental valuation form. Blog content on legislative changes and tax updates brings landlords to your site through search.
Absolutely. We display your ARLA Propertymark logo, membership number, client money protection certificate, TPO membership, and deposit protection scheme details. These trust signals are visible on every page. Landlords check these before they instruct an agent.
Yes. We connect to Alto, Reapit, Jupix, and other letting-focused CRMs. Your rental listings appear on your website automatically. When a property is let, it disappears from your site. No manual updates needed. Everything stays current.
We can build a landlord portal with secure login access to statements, inspection reports, gas safety certificates, and tenancy agreements. Some agents prefer to handle this through their CRM's portal. We'll recommend the best approach for your setup.
We display your deposit protection scheme membership clearly, whether that's TDS, DPS, or MyDeposits. Prescribed information pages explain how deposits are protected, which is a legal requirement. It shows tenants and landlords you follow the rules properly.
