WordPress Websites Built for Surveying Practices
We build surveyor websites that explain your services clearly, display RICS credentials, and generate quote requests from property buyers and owners.
Most homebuyers don't know the difference between survey types
That's your website's job. We build WordPress sites for chartered surveyors, building surveyors, and valuation practices that explain Level 2 and Level 3 surveys in plain English. When a homebuyer searches "do I need a building survey", your site should be the one that answers their question and captures their enquiry.
RICS accreditation matters to your clients, even if they don't fully understand what it means. We display your RICS credentials, AssocRICS or MRICS status, and professional indemnity details where they build trust. Coverage area pages target local searches, and instant quote forms capture leads around the clock. We've built surveyor websites that consistently generate five to ten new enquiries per week.
Every project is led by Mark McNeece, founder of Press Forge and 365i.

What I'd Build First for a Surveyor, and Why
First build: a plain-English explainer comparing survey levels, with fixed prices for each. Most homebuyers genuinely don't know the difference between a Level 2 and Level 3 survey, they're choosing under time pressure during a purchase, and the firm whose website explains it clearly gets the booking. Add postcode-based instant pricing and you've removed the last reason to ring around.
What I'd reject: the jargon-led services list (RICS HomeBuyer Report, Building Survey, valuations for secured lending) with no translation. It describes the profession to itself. Every service page should open with the question the customer is actually asking, which is some version of "is this house going to be a problem?".
The rules your website has to respect
- RICS: regulated-firm status and the Home Survey Standard are what customers are implicitly buying; link the firm's registration
- Residential Property Surveyors Association: the alternative accreditation body for residential surveyors; link whichever applies, but link something checkable
- Party Wall etc. Act 1996 guidance: party wall work is a steady search source; a page built around the official guidance earns it
Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about WordPress websites for surveyors
Absolutely. Most homebuyers search online for a surveyor as soon as their offer is accepted. Conveyancers sometimes recommend one, but increasingly buyers choose their own. If you're not visible online, those enquiries go to a competitor who is.
A surveyor website with survey type pages, coverage areas, and quote forms typically costs between £2,500 and £4,000. We provide a fixed quote based on your needs. Most surveying practices need six to ten pages to cover everything properly.
Yes. We can add online booking functionality so clients select a date and time for their survey. This integrates with your calendar and sends automatic confirmation emails. Less admin for your team, faster booking for clients.
Every site we build includes local SEO. We create area-specific pages targeting searches like "chartered surveyor in [town]" and "building survey [county]". These pages rank locally and bring in enquiries from your coverage area.
We can build quote request forms that capture property details and return an estimated price range, or send the details to you for a manual quote. Either approach works well for converting website visitors into paying clients.
Clear explanations of survey types, visible RICS credentials, coverage area information, and an easy way to request a quote. That's what homebuyers are looking for. We build all of this into every surveyor website we produce.
