Motorcycle Transport Websites That Price the Job in Seconds
Riders hand over their pride and joy to someone they have never met. We build motorcycle transport websites that answer the price question at once and prove you know how to load a bike.
A rider wants a price and a reason to trust you
Someone has bought a bike two counties away, booked a track day, or needs their machine at the dealer for an MOT. They search, open a few sites, and book with the one that gives them a price without a phone call and looks like it understands motorbikes. In October 2026 we launched a motorcycle transport site for a one-man business near Wolverhampton that prices any job from two postcodes, and the case study further down this page shows how it works.
Trust is the other half. An owner is handing over something they care about, so the site has to show how the bike is loaded and secured, what condition it needs to be in, and which areas you really cover. We have ridden for decades ourselves, so we write the pages the way a rider reads them: what the strap goes round, why a near-empty tank travels best, and what happens if the forks are compressed too far.
Every project is led by Mark McNeece, founder of Press Forge and 365i.

Everything You Need to Succeed Online
The features that matter most for motorcycle transport
Instant Price From Two Postcodes
Collection and delivery postcodes in, one fixed price out, worked out from your own pricing rules and real road miles. No form, no wait, no phone tag before the customer knows the cost.
Area Pages From Real Roads
A page for each town you genuinely cover, built from the route you actually drive, the time it takes and the dealers and MOT centres nearby, never a town name swapped into shared text.
Quote Forms That Take Photos
Riders can add phone photos of the bike, shrunk in the browser before upload so a handful of large pictures never breaks your enquiry email.
Condition and Access Questions
Does it roll, steer and brake? Will the keys be there? Is there a steep drive? The form asks before you set off, so the price you give is the price you charge.
Circuit and Event Pages
Track day and show transport pages with each venue, its distance from your base and a one-tap price, for the riders who book the same circuits every season.
Call and WhatsApp in One Tap
A sticky call, WhatsApp and quote bar on every phone screen, with the WhatsApp message pre-filled with the postcodes and the price so the conversation starts with the facts.
Key Pages We Build
Every website includes the essential pages your customers expect.
-
Prices Every band explained in plain words, with the price checker built in, so customers understand how a job is priced before they ask.
-
Services Private-sale collections, dealer transfers, MOT and service runs, and track day transport, each with its own page and price.
-
Areas Covered Town pages with the real route, drive time and local dealers, under one hub that shows how far you go.
-
Guides Preparing a bike for transport and collecting a privately bought motorbike, written from your own experience of loading and securing them.
-
Get a Quote A short form for the jobs the instant price cannot settle: long distances, awkward access, or a bike that does not roll.

What I'd Build First for a Motorcycle Transport Business, and Why
First build: the price. I've ridden motorcycles for forty years, passed my IAM advanced test in 2002 and ride a BMW K1600 GT now, and the first thing I want to know before anyone takes my bike is what it will cost and whether they know how to strap it. A two-postcode price answers the first question in seconds. A page on how a bike is secured, written by the person who does it, answers the second.
What I'd reject: stock photos of somebody else's van and a carousel of borrowed bikes. Riders spot a fake loading shot at once, because the straps are in the wrong place. Until you have your own photos, let the price checker, the conditions and your own stories do the work, then add real pictures of real jobs as they happen.
The rules your website has to respect
- Load securing guidance: the DVSA standard for securing loads on goods vehicles; explaining how you meet it is the strongest reassurance a rider can get
- IAM RoadSmart: the advanced riding charity; a rider who has trained with them will judge your loading advice closely, so write it as carefully as they ride
MC Transports: a motorcycle transport website priced from two postcodes
MC Transports · Motorcycle collection and delivery, Brewood, Staffordshire
MC Transports is Sean Hamilton's third business with us, after Lockerfella and Brewood Removals: a one-man motorcycle collection and delivery service from Brewood. It started with no photos, no reviews and no history, so the site proves itself through what it does. Two postcodes in, one fixed price out in seconds, with the three legs of the route shown. Ten area pages built from real roads and dealers, guides told in Sean's own words, an A+ security header grade and PageSpeed 100 on mobile and desktop. It went live in October 2026, so we make no ranking claims yet.
- £99 local price, quoted from two postcodes
- 28 indexable pages at launch
- A+ security header grade
- 100 PageSpeed, mobile and desktop
See E-E-A-T in practice
Five pages on the MC Transports site carry the trust load. Each gives a rider, or an AI assistant, something to check.
- Prices Every price band explained in full, with a ring map and a drop-a-pin check, so the rules are public before anyone asks.
- Cannock The real route from Brewood, the drive time and named local dealers and MOT centres. Local depth, not a swapped town name.
- Preparing Your Motorbike for Transport A tick-off checklist and the owner's own account of securing a Yamaha R1 for a move from Penkridge to Oxford.
- Track Day and Event Transport Each circuit with its distance from Brewood and a one-tap price, plus a pre-ride check that lights a start gantry.
- About Who does the work and how, with the owner's other businesses named openly and nothing claimed that is not yet confirmed.
MC Transports was built by hand because the instant price needs server-side code and the 28-page scope suited it. The same content standards, schema, performance budget and AI Discovery Files apply directly to a WordPress build.
Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about WordPress websites for motorcycle transport
An instant price or a very short quote form, the areas you really cover, clear conditions for the bike and the access, a way to send photos from a phone, and proof that you know how to load and secure a motorbike. Guides written from your own experience do more for a nervous owner than any amount of stock photography.
Yes. We turn the two postcodes into locations, measure the road miles your van would cover, and apply your own pricing rules, so the customer sees a fixed price in seconds. Your prices live in one place, so changing a rate is a single edit, and anything the rules cannot price is sent to you as a quote request instead.
Only for the towns you genuinely serve, and each one has to be written for that town: the route from your base, the drive time, the local dealers and MOT centres. Dozens of near-identical town pages are the pattern Google treats as doorway spam, so ten real pages beat a hundred thin ones.
Yes, and it should be honest about it. A new site can prove itself through what it does, an instant price, clear conditions, guides written from your own riding, rather than borrowed reviews or stock photos. Add real photos and reviews as they come in, and the site grows with you.
Yes. A WhatsApp button can open a chat with a message already written, including both postcodes and the price the customer was shown, so you know exactly what they are asking about before you reply.
Usually, yes, when you want to edit pages yourself. For a small site with an instant price and aggressive speed targets we sometimes hand-build instead, as we did for MC Transports. Either way you get the same content standards, schema and performance budget.
