Catering websites that win you bigger, better contracts
We build WordPress sites for catering companies that showcase your events, packages, and menus. Turn website visitors into confirmed bookings.
Your food speaks for itself. Your website should too.
When a corporate PA searches for event catering or a bride-to-be looks for wedding caterers, your website is your pitch. It needs to show the scale of events you handle, the quality of your presentation, and the range of menus you offer. We build WordPress websites for catering companies that turn browsers into booked events. From buffets to banquets, canapes to corporate lunches, your site shows what you do and makes it simple to enquire.
We've worked with event caterers, corporate catering firms, wedding caterers, and mobile catering businesses across the UK. Every catering company we've met has brilliant photos from past events sitting on a phone somewhere. We put those photos to work on a WordPress site with proper event galleries, menu PDFs that are easy to update, and enquiry forms that capture event details upfront. You spend less time on back-and-forth emails and more time in the kitchen.
Every project is led by Mark McNeece, founder of Press Forge and 365i.

Works With Your Tools
We connect your WordPress site with the platforms that matter to your business.
What I'd Build First for a Catering Company, and Why
First build: a page per event type: weddings, corporate, funerals, private parties. Each is a different customer in a different mood with a different budget, and "catering for all occasions" serves none of them. The funerals page deserves particular care; it's searched under pressure and grief, and the company that handles that page with clarity and dignity wins those bookings without competing on price.
What I'd reject: sample menus locked in PDFs and a gallery of generic buffet shots. Menus as text rank for every dish name; photographs of your actual food at actual events prove the product. If the photography budget is zero, photograph the next three events properly before spending anything else on the site.
The rules your website has to respect
- Register as a food business: required even for home-kitchen caterers; linking your registration answers the legitimacy question early
- HACCP food safety management: corporate clients' procurement teams ask for this by name; saying you operate HACCP wins tenders
- FSA allergen guidance: event catering means feeding strangers at scale; a visible allergen process is both legal necessity and sales asset
Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about WordPress websites for catering companies
The form captures everything you need to prepare a quote. Event type, date, guest count, venue, dietary requirements, budget, and any special requests. It arrives in your inbox formatted clearly so you can respond with an accurate quote without chasing details.
Absolutely. We create separate sections for wedding catering, corporate events, private parties, and any other services you offer. Each has its own menus, pricing, and gallery. Visitors find exactly what they need without wading through irrelevant content.
Every menu item includes allergen information following Food Standards Agency guidelines. We also include allergen questions in the enquiry form so you know about dietary requirements before you quote. This is especially important for events where you're catering for large groups.
That's one of the most important features. We build galleries organised by event type, so a bride looking at your wedding catering sees wedding photos, not corporate buffets. You add new event photos yourself through WordPress whenever you want to update your portfolio.
We build a dedicated corporate section with recurring menu options, account setup information, and case studies from past corporate clients. This positions you as a professional outfit that understands business catering. Corporate clients often search specifically for "corporate catering near me".
