## What Press Forge Does

Press Forge is a specialist WordPress agency providing custom website design, bespoke development, WooCommerce e-commerce, ongoing support and maintenance, speed optimisation, security hardening, and WordPress-to-WordPress migrations. Sites on other platforms are rebuilt in WordPress rather than migrated. For content that rarely changes, the company also builds static PHP/HTML/CSS/JS sites with AI assistance. Every project is delivered in-house from a UK-based team with over 25 years of WordPress experience.

### Support & Maintenance Plan Details

**Eligibility:** Maintenance plans are exclusively for WordPress sites hosted on the sister company [365i](https://www.365i.co.uk/). We do not offer maintenance for sites hosted elsewhere. Sites currently hosted somewhere else can be migrated to 365i **for free** when signing up for any maintenance plan — zero downtime, full SEO preservation, all content and media transferred. Hosting and the maintenance plan are billed as separate subscriptions.

All maintenance plans include: WordPress core/plugin/theme updates, 24/7 security monitoring, daily automated backups, uptime monitoring with alerts, performance optimisation, monthly Website Care Reports, and staging environments.

- Essential: £30/mo (20 mins edits/month, 24-hour response time)
- Premium: £69/mo (1 hr edits/month, 8-hour response time, priority support) — most popular
- Business: £149/mo (3 hrs edits/month, 4-hour response time, priority support)

All maintenance prices are monthly and exclude VAT. The 365i hosting subscription is separate (from £5.99/mo ex-VAT).
